The edible mushrooms production can improve more that 20% with the advanced ozone technology.

Disinfection aspects:

Compost disinfection: the compost purification is the key of mushrooms production. Put the compost into the 10 mg/L ozonator water almost one hour.

Culture bottle disinfection: soaking with 10 mg/L high concentration ozone water about 30 minutes.

Inoculation room disinfection: use ozone machine purifier the air in inoculation room before culturing. Ozone level should be 20 – 30 mg/ m3.

Edible mushrooms after harvest, should be placed in the ozone disinfection coffers. After ozone disinfection of the Treasury, fresh Edible mushrooms can prolong the preservation period Edible mushrooms.
